Any insurance recommendation will come from a licensed agent after a discussion of your needs, and any coverage is subject to the issuing carrier's terms, conditions, underwriting, and approval.

Submitting a request through the Site does not create an insurance policy, does not bind coverage, and does not guarantee insurability, approval, or any particular rate or product. Coverage exists only when issued by a carrier and in force under its terms.

Legion Financial Group, LLC is an independent insurance brokerage. Insurance products are offered through individually licensed agents, who hold their own producer licenses and carrier appointments. Product and agent availability varies by state.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, transmitting malicious code, or using the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Legion and are protected by intellectual property laws. The "Legion Financial Group" name and logo are our marks. Third-party names and logos (including carriers) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion Financial Group, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legion and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
